OUR HISTORY – The Tantramar “Toys for Tots” Motorcycle Run is a registered Canadian Charitable Non-Profit Organization.
Since 1989, bikers & supporters have contributed over $200,000 worth of NEW toys & financial assistance for families in 5 communities and beyond!
We provide annual support to:
-Moncton HeadStart
-Sackville Christmas Cheer
-Dorchester Volunteer Association
-Amherst Christmas for Kids
-Port Elgin District Voluntary Action Group
helping families who are unable to provide that “special” NEW TOY for their little ones, hopefully making Christmas mornings “merrier” for the entire family, have assisted families in N.B. & N.S. who have children with very serious health issues and have contributed to many worthy causes in our communities.
GENERAL INFO - Motorcyclists are asked to meet between noon and 2:00 p.m. in the McDonalds Restaurant parking lot in Sackville, N. B. Participants are asked to bring a NEW TOY or a cash donation and official tax receipts are available on site.
Meet, Greet & Eat- McDonalds Owner/Operator Danny Moore has again generously provided one free quarter-pounder for each rider. Please support the Amherst & Sackville McDonalds as Dan has fed us burgers for years! That’s a lot of feedin’
Burger Tickets are available at the back of the parking lot.
Please support Johnny Long’s Esso and Store – John has been a long time supporter of our Toy Run as well as Minor Sports in the Sackville area for many years! Also SFD Tickets available at Esso – for a chance to win a 2011 TRUCK -proceeds Sackville Fire Dept.
ROUTE INFORMATION - We will be leaving at 2pm SHARP, cruising to Dorchester, back to the Town of Sackville, then on to the Tantramar Veteran’s Memorial Civic Centre.
AT THE CIVIC CENTRE - Bikers will receive a chance at great door prizes & recognition for the long distance rider, oldest biker, youngest biker, oldest bike, etc.
Families & volunteer agencies depend on our support! Without your help, the run would not be successful. So come out for a ride, rain or shine, see old friends, meet new ones & have a great time supporting deserving kids!
There is no registration for the Toy Run. Just show up, please make a donation if you can, relax with new and old friends, take a short tour on your scoot and be proud that you helped out less advantaged kids who deserve happiness!

Tantramar “Toys for Toys” Motorcycle Run gratefully accepts and welcomes generous assistance from various Motorcycle Groups and individuals who help make the “run” safer, more efficient and successful but we are not affiliated with ANY Motorcycle Group or political cause of any kind. Our mission is simple and basic – HELP THE KIDS – no politics, no affiliations!
IMPORTANT NOTICE – WITH RESPECT, WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED TOYS
Since day one we have been proud of the fact that we distribute NEW TOYS ONLY. Our thoughts are that we would like to provide NEW TOYS to the little ones on Christmas morning and, with your help, we do. We could not imagine having made this commitment only to find that someone’s child, grandchild, niece or nephew open their gift only to find a used toy. This is the one day of the year that EVERY CHILD deserves a NEW toy. There are many great organizations like the Salvation Army who will gladly accept used toys.
If you cannot afford a new toy or donation, by all means, PLEASE come ride with us for a day of biker fellowship, but PLEASE, leave the used toys at home or strapped to your bike. THANK YOU !
